In the second quarter of 2024, the export industry in Marche faced a significant decline of -41.3%, largely impacted by pharmaceutical exports to China.The downward trend continued throughout the first half of the year across all provinces in Marche, with Ascoli Piceno experiencing a staggering drop of -74.9%, Ancona at -17.1%, Fermo at -5.2%, Pesaro-Urbino at -1.3%, and Macerata at -0.8%.When it comes to the top export destinations for Marche, France and Germany saw slight increases, while the United States experienced a decline of -10.5%.
